Verizon Webinar Series
Greetings. I'm often asked if I give any "public" presentations on innovation and creating remarkable customer experiences. These two topics are at the heart of this blog and ones that I spend a lot of time working on with our customers here at VENTURE WORKS. But I don't find many opportunities to offer programs that are open to everyone. So I'm delighted to let you know that I will be offering two hour-long "public" webinars during the next three weeks on innovation and delivering compelling value to customers as part of the Verizon Small Business webinar series. The first one, titled "Innovation: Unlocking the Genius in Yourself and Your Business," is this Thursday, April 14th, at 2:00 p.m. The second one, on "Customer Service: Winning in Your Market by Creating the Most Compelling Customer Experience," will be on Wednesday, April 27th, at 2:00 p.m. They're part of Verizon's efforts to provide practical guidance to small and medium-sized businesses on topics that will help them to grow and prosper, and I look forward to the opportunity to participate share some of my latest ideas.
